Information we collect
When you request a booking, estimate, or answer, you may provide your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, tire size, requested date and time, location, and notes. We do not collect anything else: there are no accounts, no analytics, no visitor profiles, and no logging of who visits which page.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, prepare estimates, confirm availability, calculate travel, provide service, keep service records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Address search and email
Address searches are sent to the map-search provider so matching locations and travel distance can be shown. Form details are delivered through our email service to Roadside Rubber. These providers process only the information needed to perform those tasks.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with providers needed to operate the website and deliver requested service, or when required by law. We keep service communications and records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, safety, accounting, disputes, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we have about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to records we must keep for legal or business reasons. The phone number shown on this website is call-only; Roadside Rubber does not ask you to enroll in marketing text messages here.
No ads, no tracking, no data sales
This website runs no advertising networks, no social media tracking pixels, and no cross-site profiling. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it to target you with ads anywhere else.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is your cookie-banner choice, stored locally on your own device so the banner does not reappear. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Data minimization
Booking, estimate, and question forms are delivered straight to Roadside Rubber by email; the website itself does not keep a customer database. Address lookups send only the text you type into the location box — never your name, phone, email, or the page you came from.
Nothing is stored on this website
There is no customer database, no account system, and no file storage behind this website. What you type into a form is sent straight to the Roadside Rubber inbox and then exists only in that inbox — it is never written to a website database, and closing the page leaves nothing behind except your cookie-banner choice.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging vehicle service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not process the personal data of a known minor for targeted advertising or any sale. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Texas privacy rights
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may confirm whether we process their personal data and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy, and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling. We do none of those three things at all. Send a request by email and we will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need one additional 45-day period. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision within 60 days, and you may contact the Texas Attorney General's office if the appeal is denied.
Residents of other states
If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, or another state with a consumer privacy law, we honor the same rights described above regardless of where you live: access, correction, deletion, portability, and no discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process sensitive personal information for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.
Marketing, calls and texts
We contact you only about the request you submitted. We do not add you to a marketing list, send promotional email, or send marketing text messages, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. The phone number on this website is call-only. Any email we send in reply identifies Roadside Rubber and a working reply address, as required by federal anti-spam law.
If something goes wrong
If we ever learn that information you sent us was accessed by someone who should not have it, we will notify affected customers without unreasonable delay and, where Texas law requires, notify the Texas Attorney General. Because the website keeps no customer database, the exposure surface is limited to email already delivered to Roadside Rubber.
Security and changes
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are protected by automated spam filtering, strict submission limits, and a press-and-hold human check on the booking and estimate forms. Nothing you send is stored on this website — it goes only to our inbox. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We may update this policy as our website or services change. The latest version and update date will remain on this page.
