By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not interfere with the site, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the site to make fraudulent service requests.
Submitting a booking, estimate, fleet request, or question does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee availability. Roadside Rubber must contact you to confirm the work, timing, location, and price.
Displayed prices and time ranges are estimates and may change after inspection or when job details differ from what was submitted. Service is limited to locations within 15 miles of downtown Lubbock.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, tire, location, and contact details; having authority to approve work on the vehicle; making the vehicle safely accessible; and disclosing known damage, wheel locks, special equipment, or hazards before service.
Roadside Rubber may delay or decline work that cannot be performed safely. Move away from traffic when possible and follow emergency personnel instructions. This website is not an emergency service; call 911 for crashes, injuries, fire, crime, or immediate danger.
We work to keep website content accurate, but vehicle fitment, tire-size lookup results, prices, availability, and travel calculations can contain errors or change. Tire size and fitment must be confirmed from the vehicle placard, tire sidewall, and vehicle condition before installation.
To the extent permitted by law, Roadside Rubber is not responsible for indirect losses caused by website unavailability, inaccurate customer information, unsafe locations, road hazards, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Texas law governs these terms.
Payment is due before work begins unless Roadside Rubber agrees otherwise. Estimates are quoted before work begins and any change is confirmed with you first. Please cancel or reschedule as early as you can; a trip charge may apply if we have already traveled to the location and the vehicle is unavailable or the work is declined on arrival.
New tires and parts carry only the manufacturer's own warranty, which the manufacturer honors directly. Our installation workmanship is warranted for a reasonable period after service; tell us promptly if something seems wrong so we can inspect it. Used, customer-supplied, damaged, or previously repaired tires and wheels are installed at the customer's risk. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or other laws that cannot be waived.
Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy. We keep no customer database on this website, we do not sell personal information, and Texas residents have the access, correction, deletion, and portability rights described there.
We aim to keep this website usable with screen readers and keyboard navigation, consistent with WCAG 2.1 AA guidance and the Americans with Disabilities Act. If any part of the site is difficult for you to use, contact us and we will help you directly and work to fix it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved that way belongs in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas. If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
We may update these terms as the website or services change, and the date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact Roadside Rubber with any question before requesting service.
